Marketing:

The process by which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return.

In other words Marketing is used to recognize the customer, to keep the customer, and to satisfy the customer. Marketing is the process by which companies create customer attention in products or services. It is an incorporated procedure through which companies construct strong customer relationships and generate value for their customers and for themselves.
